TOKYO - September 25, 2025 - NTT DATA Group Corporation (the "Company") hereby announces that at the extraordinary general shareholders' meeting held on August 29, 2025, the Company's shareholders approved the share consolidation proposal as originally presented. As a result, the Company's common shares will meet the delisting criteria set forth in the Securities Listing Regulations of the Tokyo Stock Exchange, Inc. (the "Tokyo Stock Exchange"), and will be delisted from the Tokyo Stock Exchange Prime Market as of September 26, 2025.
